The system can be challenging, unfair, and often at odds with the care you want to give. But you can still find meaning and joy in your work. It begins by reconnecting with your values and understanding the expectations that shape your experience. I help you do exactly that.
Healthcare is a hard place to be right now.
Most of us went into this work to help people — to connect, to care, to make a difference. But so much of our time is spent on tasks that pull us away from patients, leave us feeling undervalued, and drain the joy from our work. It makes an already demanding job feel even heavier.
Add to this the increasing demands on our time, being asked to give more with fewer resources, working short-staffed, and the personal sacrifices required just to keep up — and it’s no wonder so many of our colleagues are choosing different paths.
I want to offer you a way back. A chance to reconnect with medicine. To rediscover — or even reimagine — why you keep showing up day after day.
Together, we’ll look honestly at what your work feels like now, what you once hoped it would be, and, most importantly, what it can become. We’ll explore your values, your time, your goals, and the boundaries needed to support all of those things so you build a career that aligns with who you are and what matters most.

Healthcare feels hard—because it is.
The last few years have left many of us questioning our careers, our calling, and even our value. We feel unsupported, unseen, and often stuck.
But here’s what’s possible:
You can reclaim your autonomy, your purpose, and your joy in medicine—even in an imperfect system.
I help physicians and healthcare workers find clarity and peace in the middle of the chaos.
Not by ignoring what’s broken, but by learning to work with what is—from a place of strength.
You don’t have to wait for the system to get better before you can feel better.
When you understand how to influence your own experience, you’ll be surprised at how much shifts. From there, real change—both personal and systemic—becomes possible.
Sometimes the change we need isn’t just at work. It’s in our relationships. Our self-talk. Our habits. The way we think and feel when no one’s watching. It’s all connected—and we can work on all of it.
I offer flexible coaching packages—six weeks, twelve weeks, or six months—to meet you where you are. As a practicing physician, I know your time is limited. My scheduling is designed with that in mind.
Take the next step. Let’s see how different life can feel—starting now.
Invest in yourself. Sign up for coaching. Be amazed at the power of your thoughts.
